Help with Security Code or Security Answer

We have several ways you can get your security code or security answer. Choose the best option for you.

On your bill

If you are a residential customer, the security code prints on your first 3 paper invoices. After your 3rd invoice, you may still see the security code printed on your bill, but it is not guaranteed. If it is not printed in the location indicated in the image below, please use one of the other options to retrieve it.

Email

You can request an email to be sent to you with the security code or security answer. The email will be sent to the email address on file for your account.

Request a call back

You can request a call back containing your security code or security answer.

  • We will call you at the primary billing telephone number
  • We will call you within five minutes of your request
  • If unanswered, we will leave a voice message with your security code or answer

Use online chat

You can reach one of our online agents by using the chat on line button shown below. One of our agents will be able to assist you with your security code or security answer.

Mail it

You may request to have your security code or security answer mailed to your billing address via the U.S Postal Service. It should arrive within 7-10 days.
